March of Dimes Benefit Concert

Hey everyone!

Sorry for all of the news-clutter, but we’ve been extremely active these past few weeks in getting gigs for the new year. This week, we do have our acoustic Friday Night Coffee House performance, but also…

Come check us out this SATURDAY at the March of Dimes Benefit Concert, from 7 - 8:30 PM. Dinner and admission is $5, and all proceeds go to the March of Dimes, which is a non-profit organization that helps babies that are premature, have genetic disorders, birth defects, and more.

We will be playing three of our originals, with our full drums/electric set-up, and starting the concert at 7 PM. It will take place at 201 Almond Ave, Los Altos, CA, which is the location for Los Altos High School, and it will be in the cafeteria.

Please come not only to support us, but also to help out a very charitable cause.

Featured in the Silicon Valley Metro

Sorry for the low quality picture, but we are beyond excited to see this article in the Silicon Valley Metro magazine… Written by—yes, can you believe it?—an actual professional journalist for an actual publication that is read by literally thousands of people, we’ve made it into the spotlight. (At least to a certain extent)

For those who would like to see the article online, you can find it at http://www.sanjose.com/seventh-day-breakdown-e1473242 as well.

No idea what to do with this news right now, but stayed tuned for even more updates!

Check out the EP version of Parting Words, which is track one of “Shades of Grey”!

We’ve definitely improved and matured a whole lot since the recording of this track, and we will potentially re-record the song if we end up doing a full-length album. Look for more info on that to be posted!

We’re excited to perform with Don’t Fight the Giant again, and even more excited to play through our full set, unlike our last incident at Nickel City.

Nickel City

Hey everyone!

After our amazing show last night at Nickel City with Don’t Fight the Giant, we’ve got some great news for all of you! First of all, thanks to those who came out to support us even though our gig was shortened in length and pushed back two hours. Nonetheless, we had great feedback from the audience, and we hope to play our full set for everyone in our next gig at Nickel City on February 10.

This is us, right before going up:

Right before going up.

In other news, we are playing an acoustic set at the La Pluma Coffeehouse event on Friday, January 20, in the Black Box at Monta Vista High School. Come enjoy great food provided by Noah’s Bagels, Pete’s Coffee and Sweet Passion’s Bakery while listening to stripped-down versions of some of our favorite songs!

We’ll be updating this site more as time passes, so stick around for more announcements!
